The choice book that I read was
Insurgent which is the sequel to Divergent by Veronica Roth.
Insurgent continues with the adventure of Tris Prior, and Caleb Prior, trying to defeat the faction Erudite. I loved the book, and I couldn't put it down. I noticed that the book had a lot of romance in it besides being an adventurous novel about fighting for equality. The book is mainly about defeating the Erudite, and forming allies on the way. Some things I noticed about the book were that the Erudite seem to symbolize the government on top of everyone while Divergent, and Abnegation are fighting for their lives free from Erudite control. One thing I like about the book is that, Roth uses great detail throughout the book explaining everything as if you were there. I felt like I was Tris trying to find safety and defeat the Erudite. Almost every time I turned a page in the book, there was some exciting event to where I couldn't put the book down.
Another thing I noticed about the book was, Roth added a romantic twist to the book to get female readers to enjoy it more. Four was the male character that makes girls readers just want to screech! The romance was what really made me get sucked into the book. Most of my friends that read the book loved it and can't wait for the third book to come out ( I know I can't wait!). It is a wonderful action- packed romantic novel that I couldn't put down. I am surely going to read the next book in the series when it comes out in October.
